From the day of completion, we’ll be there to offer full support and maintenance on all the equipment supply.
Our engineers are always on call and we use remote WhatsApp video calls to give immediate technical support.
If the reported problem cannot be fixed over the phone we aim to have an engineer to you within 24-48 hours depending on urgency, thus ensuring your equipment maintains its uptime and your practice doesn’t experience any disruption. (certain situations may incur a charge depending on warranty & service contract).
