Initial Consultation

Design and Planning
There are many factors to consider during a dental surgery refit, and we’re here to ensure all the details are taken care of.
After your consultation, we’ll conduct a no-obligation site visit. This will help us visualise how your finished refit will look and consider the best layout, colour schemes, and decor to suit your space.
Our cabinetry range is supplied and fitted by our expert craftsman based on your unique requirements and specifications. There’s a wide range of styles to choose from, and our approach means cabinets can be made to fit spaces of any size.
We’ll work together to design your new surgery and can provide as much or as little guidance as you’d like. We will create professional CAD drawings to show how your finished design will look and allow you to make any changes before installation begins.
Build and Installation
Once the designs have been finalised, it’s time for your refit to begin. We understand you’ll want to keep the time your surgery is closed to a minimum, and our expert team will complete work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards.
We’ll manage any external trades required for your project and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Our experienced team has a track record of completing surgery refits on time and within budget and can build a two-surgery practice room in just six weeks.
We’ve established relationships with dental equipment manufacturers around the world, meaning we can supply market-leading products for a fraction of the cost. Our products include dental chairs, x-ray machines, suction units, autoclaves, and more.
Your refit will be done with minimal disruption, leaving you free to focus on running your business. Whether your project involves simply upgrading your equipment or requires flooring, plumbing, and electrical work, you can relax knowing that everything is taken care of.
Support and Maintenance
After your installation is complete, it’s time to unveil your fresh new look to your patients. However, our support doesn’t end there.
If you experience problems with any of your equipment, our engineers are available to support you both remotely and in person. Get immediate technical support via WhatsApp video call, and if your issue can’t be fixed over the phone, we’ll arrange for an engineer to visit you within 24-48 hours.
We carry spare parts in our vehicles and should be able to carry out any repairs immediately. This keeps downtime and disruption to a minimum and means you’ll be back up and running again before you know it.
Your equipment will also receive an annual service to keep it running at its best, allowing you to enjoy complete peace of mind long after your refit is complete.
